1. Acquisition Process and Agreement
Because we are driven to provide the highest possible level of service, at CB Aviation we will take the time to truly understand your wants and need. We will review the terms and conditions of the Acquisition Agreement with you, to establish a lasting relationship.
2. Needs Assessment and Cost Analysis
During our first meeting, we will determine and establish your criteria, including aircraft type, model, year, acceptable total time and equipment requirements as they relate to your established budget.
3. Extensive Research
By assessing present market conditions, including its strengths and areas of weakness, CB Aviation will narrow the number of aircraft available to those that meet your basic criteria, and we will then evaluate the available inventory to provide a recommendation on purchase pricing and terms.
4. Location
CB Aviation will identify all available aircraft in the market through both direct contact with owners and by tapping into our multiple resources within our International Sales Team in over 25 Countries Worldwide.

CB Aviation will determine a first round of recommended aircraft selections based upon total time, year, equipment, engine times, inspections status, damage history, paint/interior, ownership history and maintenance history.
6. Analysis
In order to demonstrate value differentiation between selected aircraft, we will conduct a quantitative analysis by assigning values for equipment, condition and maintenance. We will compare value, look at recent sales and asking prices and perform an in-depth analysis of each aircraft meeting your criteria. The result will be a report that ranks the available craft according by relevance to your determined needs.
7. Negotiation
CB Aviation will negotiate on your behalf in order to obtain the best possible price and terms on selected aircraft, each of which is subject to a pre-purchase evaluation. During this process we will use specific language in our LOI and Purchase Agreement to protect you throughout the entire purchase.
